Just outside of Piedmont Park (Atlanta), there is a restaurant called Park Tavern (formerly the Mill). There is patio seating and indoor seating, but the self-service seating allows dogs (either tied to the hitch outside of the iron fence, or - if you have a nice hostess - they can hide under your picnic table with you). The self-service is where you place your order & pick it up from the bar inside while your companion can be tied up or sit with your human friend. Perfect after a day in the park and the off-leash dog park ("Central Bark").
