If you are looking for Fabric then Hancock Fabrics is where to go. They allow well-behaved leashed dogs. My standard poodle Carma and I go often. There also is a large field near the store so the dogs can run.
If your dog doesn't mind riding in a cart they are very dog friendly. I take my standard poodle and Chihuahua in there once or twice a week.
