The waterfront area of Annapolis, Maryland is a great place to take your dogs! There are lots of shops to browse and some will allow pets inside. Numerous places provide bowls of water and dog treats along the sidewalk. And, a lot of the restaurants have outside seating so your furry friends can sit with you while you eat.

Quiet Waters Park. Annapolis Maryland. This park does charge an entrance fee. However, it is well worth it. This park has many paved paths as well as a small beach which is right on the river. The beach is a short walk from a parking lot deep into the park. However, if you and your animal want more exercise, then you can park closer to the entrance and walk around the park to the lake. There are bathroom facilities as well as vending machines at each bathroom facility. To get there, take the exit for Aris T. Allen Boulevard off or Route 50. Take Aris T. Allen Boulevard south and it will end on Forest Drive. Continue south on Forest Drive until Hillsmere Drive and turn right, then turn right into the park.
