Kelly's has a huge outdoor patio right on Central Avenue near Nob Hill/UNM and they are VERY dog-friendly. Dogs are only allowed on the patio, but they bring water for your pooch and you can order dog food along with your burger. They brew have 18-20 of their own beers on tap, sometimes the quality is a bit uneven, but the price can't be beat at $2.50 a pint.
