The Flying Star Cafe 4501 Juan Tabo Blvd. N.E, in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Casual dining with a special patio for diners and dogs with a great view of the Sandia Crest.. There are hitches on the covered patio supports for leashes, a big horse watering trough and a bin of dog cookies inside the front door. The Rio Grande location (4026 Rio Grande Blvd. NW) has a great out door area for dogs and a place to tie up your horse if you ride over.

Kelly's has a huge outdoor patio right on Central Avenue near Nob Hill/UNM and they are VERY dog-friendly. Dogs are only allowed on the patio, but they bring water for your pooch and you can order dog food along with your burger. They brew have 18-20 of their own beers on tap, sometimes the quality is a bit uneven, but the price can't be beat at $2.50 a pint.
