This park offers more than 13 miles of hiking including trails that lead to waterfalls, views of the lake and a scenic wooden bridge. Dogs are allowed at the park including on the hiking trails and in the campgrounds. Pets must be leashed, cleaned up after and are not allowed inside any buildings

Mayfield Heights
Outdoor dining with Lexi (my Pug ) is fun because the patrons adore her as does the restaurant employees. Ask for the doggie special! You get vanilla ice cream with doggie biscuits stuffed into it. Lexi absolutely loved it. I didn't know dogs could eat ice cream, but it did not make her sick and she did not come up for air until every drop was gone.
Miamisburg
A Taste of Wine is a great place to relax on the dog-friendly patio with a glass of wine.

Perrysburg
Okay I realize it is not too unusual to allow pets in a pet shop, but I do encourage people to bring in thier pets. I have stuff for Dogs Cats and Horses and I welcome people to bring in thier buddies to try things on or even to try out treats.
Rocky River
Wine Bar Rocky River holds a Sunday morning doggie brunch from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.(weather permitting). Leashed pooches are welcome on the patio while you sip your mimosa and Bloody Mary. Fresh water for dogs will be provided. ~ Dog treats available for purchase. Patio brunch is first come, first served, seating is limited and not available during inclement weather. Dogs must be leashed and well behaved.

Stow
The 7-1/2 acre fenced-in dog park is located at Silver Springs Park at 5070 Stow Road. The dog park features grassy knolls and a sandy beach that lead to a 3 acre lake. Other amenities include a pen entrance to the fenced-in park, separate areas for small and large dogs, six strategically placed waste deposit stations, clean drinking water and a dog washing station. Rules for the new dog park include: • Dogs should be leashed prior to and leaving the dog park area. • Quickly clean up after dog, and dispose of the waste. • No animals other than dogs are permitted in the fenced-in area. • Owners must carry a leash and monitor their dog’s behavior at all times. Owners are responsible and liable for their dogs and children. • Leaving dogs unattended is prohibited. • Limit of three dogs per person. • Dogs must wear a collar with identification at all times. • No choke or pinch collars allowed in the park. • All dogs must have current licenses and be current on immunizations and shots inclu

Take State Route 118 South from Van Wert about a quarter mile past the city limits, turn right on Happy Harmony Road. Here Kiddie Kitty Restaurant is on the left-hand side of the road. Specializes in cat and kid-friendly food and can cater parties.
Westerville
This is a pet store that has products for animals from hampsters to horses. They had quality foods and treats and let us have some samples for our dog that is allergic to some foods.
Xenia
Off of State Rt. 42 near Xenia, Ohio. You can pick out your flowers and trees while having your dog on a leash. (That way she can help you pick out a tree you would put in your backyard that she will secretly dig up later!!!!)
