Fantastic, traditional German restaurant, small and friendly, with a great extensive beer list and amazing desserts. Outdoor seating in the summer on an open patio where dogs of all shapes and sizes were eating with their owners. Servers fussed over the dogs at least as much as over their owners and they provide waterbowls and a very extensive menu of dog treats and meals so nobody in the family walks away hungry.
Umpqua Bank on 12th and Lovejoy in the Pearl District. Not only do they love when your dogs bank with them, they also give them goose-liver dog treats that the dogs can't get enough of! The friendliness they had for our animals is what led us to open accounts with them when we relocated across country. They have waterbowls and doggie treats.
