Pet Friendly Wineries

For some reason wineries tend to be very pet friendly. Maybe because they understand what it takes to enjoy life: A good glass of cabernet or chardonnay and your dog by your side. It just might be as simple as that.

We think this wise and laid-back approach goes together perfectly with a human/pet vacation. Holding a glass of wine in your hand somehow encourages sophistication and cleverness and pontificating on subjects you know nothing about. While other humans in the tasting room might be skeptical, who cares? Your pet knows you to be brilliant either way and it will only cause him to puff up, confirming his long-held suspicions about how worldly, wise and well-spoken his master really is.

Dogs are not allowed in the tasting room. However, well-behaved, leashed dogs are welcome on the patio or in the adjacent field.
