Rock City Gardens on Lookout Mountain in Georgia. You can bring your pet on a leash. Ruby Falls in Tennesee has kennels where your dog can wait while you go into the cavern to see the falls
The Up/Down Coffee Bar is located in the Moxy Chattanooga Downtown Hotel. Its menu includes Nitro Cold Brew, Nitro Shandy, and Cappuccino. Also Squeeze of the Day (a refreshing blend of nitro cold brew and lemonade) and The Mellow Latte (a low-key lavender marshmallow latte) as well as Chow Downs such as PBB (peanut butter & banana) Waffle Sammie BLTs. They also offer alcohol including a Gin Flour Sour and The Nutty Irish. You and your best friend will be pleasantly pleased.
The Bar Moxy, located in the Moxy Chattanooga Downtown Hotel, offers a wide variety of food including signature flats, noshes such as BBQ Pork Walking Taco, NotYo Cheesy Chick Walking Taco, and Egg Bacon Cheese Bagel. It also serves up a bevy of cocktails (Got Moxy, Flash on Freek and Mocha Latte Martini, to name a few), as well as a diversified selection beers and wines. And, of course, it welcomes your 4-footed friend.
Doggie bakery and specialty store. They have food, treats, outfits, bowls, leashes, beds, t-shirts, key chains, everything. They are located on the Frazier strip right above Coolidge Park across the river from downtown. Dogs are allowed in and around Coolidge Park and there are a lot of places to walk / jog. Very pet friendly little community.

Gatlinburg
This is a 4 story mall. It allows dogs in almost every store. I took two of my dogs while in Gatlinburg, to this mall and enjoyed going into all of the different stores.
Pooch Patio
Ghost Walk of Gatlinburg A walking tour with a "ghost" guide through the haunted streets of Gatlinburg. Friendly leashed pets were allowed. The tour lasts a little over an hour.
You can take your dog with you into the winery tasting room while you sample the wines.

Over 40 breeds of bird dog portraits, art, displays, various exhibits and a gift shop presented for you and your dog to enjoy. Dogs eat this stuff up. Curiously, Abstract Expressionism leaves them cold.

Dogwood Park, Knoxville's first off-leash dog park opened in Victor Ashe Park on April 15th. Dogwood Park is completely fenced, and features a puppy playground, which includes an inclined hill, a tunnel, a puppy jump, and even a water fountain made for dogs.
