They are located on the Frazier strip right above Coolidge Park across the river from downtown. Dogs are allowed in and around Coolidge Park and there are a lot of places to walk / jog. Very pet friendly little community.
Over 40 breeds of bird dog portraits, art, displays, various exhibits and a gift shop presented for you and your dog to enjoy. Dogs eat this stuff up. Curiously, Abstract Expressionism leaves them cold.
Dogwood Park, Knoxville's first off-leash dog park opened in Victor Ashe Park on April 15th. Dogwood Park is completely fenced, and features a puppy playground, which includes an inclined hill, a tunnel, a puppy jump, and even a water fountain made for dogs.
