The Midway Food Park is an open area surrounded by food trailers, including Dock & Roll, Royal Roots, One Taco, Thai Kitchen, Cheesecake Experience, Widespread DaveÕs Burro Cheese Kitchen and Cool Haus.The location offers a playground, plenty of parking and ample space to sit at a table or set up a picnic blanket. Each trailer features a unique kidsÕ menu and several food options. No alcohol is served, but it is BYOB, so adults can bring a cooler with drinks to enjoy while listening to live music. Dogs are welcome!
All of the Ginger Man pubs are dog-friendly. Patrons at the Houston and Dallas pubs love the blended beers that the bartenders create. Some of the pubs have regular live music that is enjoyed, while patrons at others prefer to be left alone to talk. The buy-a-beer, keep the glassÓ nights are popular at all the pubs. Each of the pubs has their own charities they choose to support through special events. The Austin pub has trunk showsÓ where local artists bring in their creations to sell.
Bow Wow Bones is Austin's first mobile food truck for dogs. The truck rotates through the many off-leash dog parks around town, offering a variety of locally baked, all-natural, preservative-free dog treats as well as occasional specialty items like doggy ice cream.
