Mt. Baker Rim Cabin #78 - A Great Family Haven!
This 2-story gothic arch design cabin tastefully combines modern convenience with rustic charm including a ductless heat and A/C system for summer and winter comfort, and a freestanding Rapid Remote woodstove (firewood provided). Upon entering, you’ll be greeted by a wide hallway with a sitting/gear storage area, a laundry cubby featuring a new full-size washer and dryer, (perfect for laundering the duds after a long day on the trail) a completely remodeled ¾-bath with dual wash basins, a completely remodeled open and airy kitchen with higher-end stainless appliances including a dishwasher…all supplied by an on-demand tankless hot water system. Plus, there’s a generous-sized island prep station and breakfast bar with plenty of counter space and a Keurig coffee machine. There’s also an open living/dining area with an additional dining table, a comfy new sectional couch, a “smart” flat screen monitor with Fire Stick TV including Netflix and Prime Video, and there’s even a beverage chiller! Just outside the living room French doors, you find a small deck with an outdoor gas grill. Ascending the staircase to the second floor reveals a large open loft with two twin-over full-sized bunkbeds and one queen-sized bed. All this is combined with new wood plank flooring throughout! This pet-friendly (2 Pet Maximum No Exceptions), wifi equipped, and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 6 persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy).

Mountain Adventures/Romantic Getaway
The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, and nature viewing. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your camera...the photography is unsurpassed year-round!
OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:
**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. The service is currently subject to failure. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control. No refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.
**This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring homes and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee’s actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.
