This cute, 400 sq. feet cottage with vaulted ceilings is surrounded by colorful flower borders and spacious lawns where your pet can play to his heart's delight.
As Mallard has its own kitchen, breakfast is not included!!!
Children of all ages are welcome. When you bring your own cot there will be no charge for small children. We have a cot available and may charge a small fee.
Pets are most welcome and there is no additional charge. All dogs must be dog-friendly and people-friendly. Please consult our pet policy under "Policies" in the top bar. There are a lot of dog friendly activities in the area and most wineries and restaurants allow dogs on their outdoor seating area's. For further information click on "things to do" in the top bar.
The bedroom has a queen bed, attached tiled bathroom with shower and a door leading to the large, enclosed wrap around deck which boasts stunning views across Robert Treman park towards Ithaca. You can enjoy the sunrise from the comfort of your bed!
KITCHEN
The kitchen is well equipped with gas stove, microwave and upright fridge and (drip) coffee machine. Mallard can also be rented as Bed & Breakfast accommodation at an additional cost of $15 per breakfast per person. Click on the breakfast option during the reservation process.
LIVING SPACE
The living area has high speed internet, heating/air conditioning and a TV screen with sound bar to play movies/music through your electronic device. The love seat in the living area can be made into a twin bed for a third person at an additional cost of $50/night to cover bedding and towels.
BATHROOM
The tiled bathroom is attached to the bed room and has a shower with glass door, hair dryer, soap, shampoo and conditioner. Towels are provided.

GREAT VIEWS!
The wrap around deck boasts stunning views across Robert Treman State Park towards Ithaca. It is equipped with a small gas barbeque, a dining set, sun umbrella and two chaise lounge chairs to add a decadent touch to your break. It is fully enclosed to contain your dog. Mallard Cottage faces east and many guests have showed off their pictures of the sunrise taken from the deck.

FELINES ENJOYING THE DECK!
These guests brought their cats. They enjoyed the deck in their tent made of mash. Cats need to be contained to the deck as there might be guest dogs on the premises who are not cat friendly.
