PET FRIENDLY Indianapolis Motor Speedway

is a pet friendly racing facility located in aptly named, Speedway, Indiana. The facility houses a 2.5 mile oval track, a 2.4 mile grand prix road course, and a 2.6 mile motorcycle course. Known as The Brickyard, this speedway is the home of the Indianapolis 500 and the Brickyard 400. In 1909, when the facility first opened its gates, admission was only a dollar. Nowadays, it’s a bit more expensive, but the wide variety of quality races makes it worthwhile. Fans from all over the country gather every year to watch the Monster Energy, Xfinity, and IndyCar Series. The Brickyard is a great destination for racing buffs and dog lovers! Its off-site, dog friendly campground is perfect for guests who can’t stand to part with their furry friend. Indianapolis goes the extra mile for pet owners with their famous Mutt Strut.
