This small, rocky dog beach is located on the east side of Kings Beach, and has a picnic area, grills, and restrooms. During the summer there’s a farmers’ market every Tuesday.

Kiva Beach
South Lake Tahoe, CA
This beach is located at the mouth of Taylor Creek, off Highway 89, two miles north of the junction of 89 and 50. It offers beautiful views of Mount Tallac and has a picnic area, grills, and restrooms.

North Beach at Zephyr Cove Beach

Dogs are permitted on the north end of the beach at Zephyr Cove, which is known as the “partiest” of all of Lake Tahoe’s beaches.

Tallac Historic Site
South Lake Tahoe, CA
The picnic area of this site sits right on the water and offers picnic tables and grills. Your pet is permitted here on leash, as well as on all the trails.
