Local regulations usually prevent pets from being allowed indoors at wineries, but many have outdoor courtyards or terraces where you can sit with your pet on leash and enjoy their wines. If you call ahead, some vineyards are willing to arrange an outdoor tasting even if they don’t normally do so. The wineries listed below welcome you and your dog (on leash at all times) but remind you that your pet needs to be on best behavior (particularly if your dog is allowed inside) to ensure a good time is had by all the vineyard’s guests. When planning your wine tour itinerary, we strongly recommend that you call each vineyard you intend to visit so you understand their rules and what their facilities are like.
