Property Description
Beautiful new Courtyard by Marriott located just off I-40 and Highway 7. The hotel offers 1700 square feet of meeting or banquet space which can be divided. Enjoy the cozy outdoor fire pit area. The Bistro serves a quick, cooked to order breakfast each morning and offers light shareable dishes, full entrees and full bar service each evening. The hotel has a total of 108 rooms.

Follow exit signs out of airport toward Bankhead Drive to take the for I-440 West. Follow I-440 for 2 miles to take exit 138A to I-30. Merge to the far left lane and follow for 4 miles. Stay left to merge onto I-40 West/ Ft. Smith. Follow I-40 for 72 miles and take Exit 81 Russellville/Arkansas Ave. Once off the interstate take a right at the stop sign and hotel will be on your immediate right.
