There was a broken cabinet hanging by a piece of wood in the kitchen. There was rubber flooring that separated the carpet from the tiling that was not glue down, and I had to wrap it around the leg of the kitchen chair so that I would not trip on it. The bedding was incorrectly used. They had a bedskirt with a quilted top being used as a comforter, and that’s what I was given with a thin bed cover over clean sheets. I made my claims first day of my arrival and nobody fixed. I had to ask them to clean up the dirty towels at the pool and I still did not feel that the pool was clean enough to swim in. I used the exercise facility, but I saw empty soda bottles in there for three days in a row, and the towels were gone and the hamper was full.

Everything was great, only problem was toilet line busted out of nowhere.

Wonderful Christmas break vacay with our grandkids. Close to Grapevine Mall and all the attractions there and close to Arlington where the Epic indoor Water park (great deal on Groupon).

I didn't get any information from hotels.com that there would be a $12 parking fee. The room was also much smaller than the pictures make it appear. Hotel staff was extremely friendly.

I've been visiting this area and the property for 11 years, this is the first time I've had a negative thing to say during my stay, to put it plainly the quality of the food offered for breakfast was below sub par for a hotel of this quality, breakfast was inconsistent every morning, the oatmeal was either thick and clumpy or thin and runny, prep work did not happen, the sausage patties were thawed out in the microwave, eggs were water logged, this experience has made me consider staying somewhere else on my next visit, I hope you take the time to reevaluate the process for which you cook breakfast, this experience was really DISAPPOINTING

First time at Homewood. I like it.

The property was very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. The breakfast was good, but we had to wait on things to be refilled.

Size of the double room was perfect, wish it would have been cleaner. We had lots of hair in both showers and our sofa bed had dirty sheets on it from the previous guest. The bathtub was peeling in multiple large spots on the bottom. The shampoo in our bathroom was out, and when I asked for a refill of shampoo/toilet paper/clean linens I was told I had to go to the front desk and get it. No one brought anything to our room. There were no towels in the swimming area, again I had to ask for them at the front desk and they only had 1 clean towel for our family of 5.

It was an amazing stay overall. There could have been a little more support from the lady that does the breakfast. We asked her for a couple of items and she wasn't right out rude but wasn't really willing to help her go look for something. The room could have been just a little bit more cleaner. There's a piece of tile that was missing on the floor or it was laying on the floor and then I noticed the refrigerator was dirty on the outside it could have been wiped down. There were two gentlemen that worked there that were phenomenal and very accommodating and friendly. They were very welcoming and they really made this day. The young lady that worked the front desk yesterday morning was also a very friendly. The location is phenomenal and the one bedroom suite with kitchenette was really nice.
