The staff was helpful when asked for towels, help with trying to get a channel on tv to work. They were also very pleasant to be around.

The staff are doing their best given their situation, but the owners definitely need to fix the ice machine, fix the elevator, fix the pool, fix the laundry room, deep clean every room and wall / hallway. The amount of food stains, spiders, moldy smell and dirty marks is just the worse I’ve ever seen. The bedding had holes, rips and stains. The AC units need servicing and cleaning bad!!! I wouldn’t recommend coming here just how dirty and broken equipment. Staff are trying, but owners need to put in some serious time and money if they expect to keep this place open!!

Note to self . . . when there is a piece of paper taped to the wall behind the check in counter that says NO REFUNDS, question it! Had this not been a pre-paid stay and the end of a very long day driving, I would have moved on! At check in, I was asked to change room type, which I agreed to, and was given a double queen. At first glance, all seemed ok, however, it was not. The refrigerator made an odd noise ALL night The blackout curtains had a huge gap between the curtain & wall, letting in too much light for sleeping The bed is on a metal platform, which makes a popping and banging noise if you sit on it or roll over just right The mattress was extremely uncomfortable There was a stain (it had gone through the laundry, but was still stained) on the bottom sheet on one bed and another stain (same as above) on the comforter on the other bed The electric outlets on the night stand did not work There was a stain (rust or blood-again laundered but still stained) on one of the washclothes The robe hook was broken off the bathroom door, leaving just the metal hook plate on the door The shower curtain had multiple tears in it Lightswitches were dirty - came clean with my anti bac wipes There was something stuffed into the peephole and broken off I did not chance the breakfast. While the person behind the desk was friendly, it sure seems like there is little if any attention to detail. Also, keep in mind no elevator. I will not stay here again.

Just was not cleaned well at all. Floors, linens, bathtub was all pretty ugly. The beds are hard. There are far too few parking spaces. It’s truly in need of improvement.

Friendly check in. Room was not as expected, not clean in bathroom and in need of maintenance. Lobby looks good but room didn’t. Disappointing.
