If you want big, soft, fluffy towels... Bring your own. I normally read reviews before booking, but this was the only hotel in Columbia that was listed on Hotels.com. I won’t make that mistake again. The A/C worked. It actually looked like a new unit. There is an indoor pool that appeared to be heated. The room has a jacuzzi tub, if you're the type of person who takes baths in hotels. The room was very dark, with dark colored walls, floors, and bedspread. There were 2 dim lamps. There was no sheer curtain on the window, just the black-out curtain, so in order to let light in, you have to let everyone walking by look into your room. The bed was not comfortable. The room was not cleaned well. The toilet bowl had a pink ring at the water line. SECURITY ISSUES: The desk agent announced the room number when giving the keys to the guest. There was a notebook on the counter with guest names and room numbers listed.

There were several Handicap parking spaces but cars without placards or plates were using them.

The sheets were stained & the bed made a very loud noise every time we got out of the bed. Also the sink in the bathroom was broken. When turned on, the water ran out but also flooded the floor!

It's just a motel in a little country town

Room was not clean, no towels good left in fridge from previous clientel. Whisker hair on sink, that was not cleanedup after last clientel had shaved, the room had bad odor had to go buy some febreeze!

The stay was great, but I ordered a king size room and ended up with two full size bed so me and my wife had to sleep in separate beds

**Review:** I recently stayed at Columbia Inn & Suites and, unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The bed in my room was extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the towels provided were abrasive and rough on the skin, which made using them an unpleasant experience. To top it off, the room had a persistent moldy smell that was hard to ignore. While the staff was friendly and the location convenient, these issues significantly impacted my overall stay. I hope the management can address these concerns to improve the experience for future guests.

The property doesn't look anything like the picture. It was run down, the parking lost was shot. I didn't even check in or look. It was horrible.

The facility was unkept, and throughout had a bad smell. A window looked broken or busted out upon arrival, the cleanliness was questionable.

It was an older property, but it was very clean and quiet.
