I had no hot water in my shower, the hotel is only 6 months old. A maintenance guy told me with such confidence that the water heaters are on the other side of the hotel and that’s why I didn’t have any hot water. Do all guests have to experience this? If so don’t expect me to stay there again.

The location is nice, but the lighting in the room is very poor. There are no recessed lights in the ceiling, and the existing lights are inadequate—they barely provide any illumination. We really need a better lighting system in the rooms. Thank you.

The whole family loves this hotel. Even the breakfast that comes with it is good. We just did not like the noise in and around the property.
