Overall excellent!

Thank you for a clean, climate controlled, environment with hot water for a shower. The staff is professional, pleasant and knowledgeable of Wyndham protocol. If you don't believe this review, stay there yourself, or review your other written reviews. I have already informed the staff that I will be needing a room once a week and it will be that hotel!

Shout out to "Shannon " for making our stay awesome! Shannon was the one who checked us in and she is fabulous! Thank you to all who work there!

Quiet, clean, convenient and easy booking experience.

Les 2 lits étaient confortables, le tapis propre, la chaufferette efficace, le mobilier pratique... Ce que je n'ai pas aimé : - le bruit des laveuse,/sécheuse qui ont fonctionné durant la soirée - les gens qui ont parlé dans le corridor à leur cellulaire durant toute la soirée - le bruit des gens de la chambre au- dessus De notre chambre...

Place was a run down dump. Front desk was nice but gave me an unmade room then when I complained she tried to give me a smoking room despite reservation was for non-smoking room. Even tries to argue upon showing the reservation. Was giving a room but it was made but dirty.

Multiple rooms were yelling/talking, running up and down halls, playing LOUD music with doors open until 11:30 at night. It felt like a block party. At 4:30 am, people were knocking on doors and waking up others. I believe these were ppl living at the hotel and treating it like apartments with no regard to other guests staying at the hotel. Was very uncomfortable leaving the rjoom even to go to breakfast in morning. Small room with coffee pots and bagels for breakfast - 2 tables. I guess you get what you pay for but will not stay here again.

This is a great place usually, unfortunately I have to give a bad review because I had book a stay two months before my arrival to have arrived. When I arrived I was informed my booking was cancelled and there was an email sent a week after my booking with the cancellation without any kind of follow up or phone call given even though it was used to make the reservation on line. I had to make other arrangements for myself and my family which was terribly Inconvenient, but it’s now in the past

Absolutely horrible ... upon arriving there were beer bottles on the sidewalk next to the door several intoxicated men hanging around outside and stumbling (one basically being carried) another man walking around with bottle in hand holding onto a very scantily clad woman .. the room smelled funky (smoking room didnt smell like smoke) the bed sheets were itchy the toilet kept flushing itself throughout the night (i didnt get much sleep) the second room we booked sounded like someone banging on the wall then knocking at the door could be heard around 230 am .... we stayed one night of the two reserved my family would not go back the second night to stay had to forgo the rest of our trip and come home early hotel staff was not helpful in any way to resolve the problem
