The outside door to room came open from wind drafts or shocks from other room doors opening and closing. Even with security lock. The door opened to partial degree before I realised and placed a chair against it to help keep it closed. The bathroom door was completed ruined with knob just resting inside the hole no locking or closing that door. The worst was infestation of roaches. Little and large. I received no receipt. Left at 19:50 pm. Could not get refund. Told I had spent night. Which is not true. Told checkout at 9 am. Who cares?! No one should have been given room like that. No one be charged for this type. Will not be returning nor recommending to anyone.My dog cannot do a review. This is a human response.
