Was traveling to VA for a wedding from PA, 6hr drive. Arrived at hotel to learn there was no room for me. Front desk acted confused until I showed him the email conf then he informed me they were overbooked and my reservation was cancelled. 2 hours before event I had no ROOM or nothing. Thanks for NOTHING

My gf and i stayed here for 2 nights . Friday - Sunday morning. We got into our room (i came first and she came later on) we checked the bedding and the sheets, covers, mattress etc were FILTHY . stains everywhere. all over the carpet and orange odd stains on the bed. we asked for new bedding friday and didn’t get anything until saturday. in the midst of getting new bedding my gf went to take a shower and the tub head fell off. she called and i’m guessing maintenance came . he wasn’t even in the room for 5 minutes and claimed to have “fixed” the tub and literally not too long after he left, my gf went to turn it on and it fell off again and water splashed all over the place . so we couldn’t even bathe properly or sleep comfortably due to dirty bedding and a broken shower . the new bedding we received had holes in them, cigarette burnt marks, & once again odd stains all on them but they claimed they were “clean” . we asked the person before he left (that came to “fix” the shower) if we could switch rooms and he got very upset, rude, and defensive. and they basically did not want to give us a new room. the grab-bar in the shower was also broken & coming apart from the wall. the halls reeked of urine and weed. nothing in the hotel worked. fridges broken, showers broken, elevators broken, poor customer service, and so much more. they had many other complaints by other people during our stay as well. so it’s not just us.

So I left my charger box at home and my phone went dead. I went down to the office to see if I can use their charger, and they claim, they didn't have a phone who doesn't have a cell phone. They was rude and didn't help me at all

I had to wait for checkin. After waiting I reminded clear I was still there. She left the counter. When she came back she said it would be even longer unless I took a room on fourth floor, no elevator. I can’t climb stairs with luggage so I asked for cart. No cart, no help. After 30 minutes I got ground floor room. Clerk was nonchalant and accent so thick I could not understand her BED in romm 155 horrible. Old lumpy
