Was Dissappointing
When I checked in, my friend also checked in with the same reservation and her room was $76 cheaper than my reservation, which was upsetting. She didn’t have a discount code, nor go through a cheaper site. When entering the room there was a woman’s purse in it…. So had not been thoroughly cleaned… there was a smell of smoke throughout the hotel and loud screaming and music all night.
The atmosphere was serene. The front desk personnel was good at her job.
Most expectations were met.

I really loved this hotel. The beds were super comfortable the room was clean, staff was really nice and the hotel is gated. I felt safe. The price was reasonable. I was here with my business staff and they all loved their stay. Thank you to the staff for being so nice and providing a comfortable stay. We will definitely be back.

I can see why this is a two star hotel. When I checked in their computer system didn’t accept my credit card. The ATM didn’t work either so I had to go out of my way to go to a local bank so they could have their deposit. The first room I checked into had garbage on the floor, bed wasn’t made etc. so they put me in another room. The second room they put me into was better except the refrigerator wasn’t working and There wasn’t no temperature setting and no room phone. I had them put me into a different room or a third room. The third room the bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke and the door wasn’t locking to which I couldn’t close the door as The door lock was broke. I could just push it open which could’ve been a safety hazard, and not to mention, anybody could just walked into the room by pushing the door open and vandalized and or stole my personal belongings if one wanted too. The room’s phone also didn’t work. After Being moved around the fourth room was better. Hotel Maintenance & staff better get their act together. Shelby county/Memphis building inspector should be aware of this hotel.

I asked if I could check out a day earlier & get my money back for that day. The Manger charged the 63 dollar. Taken out my account. Once I tried explaining what happened all she kept saying was 3 - 5 days it will be on my account. It was taken out my account & not refunded. I needed that money so bad at the time she just played like she had no care what so ever. I still aint got my money back. No check up call nothg. I'm missing the 63 bucks that got charged for no reason & the 63 bucks that was supposed to be refunded for leaving day early.

Not like the description at all. Staff were terrible not friendly or welcoming. Acted like we were a burden more than a guest. Parking lot had busted window glass on the ground. Trash everywhere. Some of the windows were broken and fixed with tape. Not safe feeling at all.
