Every night at 3am I am calling to complain about what sounded like a bowling ball being dropped over my head repeatedly and nothing was ever resolved for 3 days.

So disappointed at this hotel, they didn’t let us check in late because we got there at night, we were stuck in the snow storm we couldn’t get there early, staff was very rude, and they did charge me for the night I am never going back to this hotel, horrible service
