Unclean and old.
The front desk person was nice. But the room was not. It smelled like cigarettes, there were dead bugs in the coffee basket and shower curtain. There was a bar of soap, but nothing else. Usually there are shampoo and conditioner bottles, soap and lotion. There were no outlets by the bed to charge my devices. I felt unsafe and moved the stuffed chair infront of the door and put the nightstand in it to add some weight. The security chain was barely held on and I was pretty sure would not hold if someone really wanted to get in.

The staff was extremely helpful. The room was spotlessly clean. But the breakfast was a bit small. I could have used some yogurt.

I never got to stay because Expedia took my money the booking date was supost to be on Feb 9th but was booked the same day I booked and I immediately notified them so so I talked to the person at Best Western front desk he was very nice he told that would not have charged me but since I booked threw Expeda good luck. Boy was he wright. I have nothing agents Best Western they where the only ones who was courteous

Biggest problem we had there was the motel had not done much of anything to clear snow from the parking lot! They had plenty of time to do something, but they did NOT!

The hotel is dated but it was clean and the shower pressure was amazing! It's in a convenient place right off the interstate and close to food and gas stations. I have stayed here multiple times and I enjoyed my stay everytime.

Such friendly and welcoming staff! Room was clean and didn’t have strange smells, and no bugs! (Yes I looked!)
