There was no warm blanket available until the next day. No drinking water was provided in the room. There were no coffee pods provided until we asked for them.
The resort fee of $67 per day didn’t provide anything because outside pool was to cold to swim in and the fitness area was in the spa area which cost an additional $67 just get to it!

Always loved this place. Great atmosphere! Love looking up at the water tower and trees from the big warm swimming pool. Staff is so down to earth, welcoming, and professional. I feel like a guest at someone's big villa or hacienda.

We love the property as it is pet friendly. Service and staff are great, the food was very good. Our room, which was supposed to be a "Suite" was hardly that. A very large tub took up a significant amount of space and with the furniture, it was a tight fit. There was a cloth partition to the bathroom, otherwise there was no privacy. Shower lacked power. The mattress needs to be replaced and the pillows were not quality. Internet was spotty as well.

It was convenient but for such they did not have our room ready (one hour late) and their food is entirely overpriced. Amenities are all charged as a separate fee.

Rooms was extremely small. Old fan above bed. Just kept getting 2 towels and I got tired of asking for a few more. Spent one day at the spa but it felt like a production line/busy feeling. Women’s locker room needs to be remolded—things just looked well worn. Surprised how basic the bathroom was considering the services are very expensive. Pools in the spa were enjoyable. Outdoor seating is very nice with the many firepits to sit around at night. Concierge was very helpful and booked winery and golf for us.

Booked it because we wanted to use the hots springs: Thought it would be included in the $800 price. It wasn't had to pay extra- won't go back.
