Staff was wonderful. There was roaches in our room when we got there, we switched rooms, yet again there were roaches. Each hall way somehow had its own unique, disgusting smell.

I was comfortable with my room, prices are decent.
My privacy and 4th amendment was violated however, and for some reason a manager will not contact me considering ive asked 3 times already. I am still at this hotel and would like to discuss this matter asap please and thank you.

Very old, delapidated motel. Clean enough until I saw a roach in the room our last day there. No housekeeping. Had to plunge my own toilet. Noisy. Animals in a lot of rooms. Lots of poop left around. Suspect this is a location used for short term emergency housing for people down on their luck. Only great thing was its location!!

Booked 6 nights, post checkin and after seeing our room we left and never returned. The facility reeked of mold and ordors that were unimaginable. There was what appeared to be were long term residents staying on. Tried to contact Expedia and talk to a real person was impossible. We are out over $500 dollars and are requsting a full refund. It cost us $795 to seek accomodations elsewhere in York, PA. We stayed at Wyndham Gardens in York.
