Good Clarion Stay.
The hotel is well located and the room was convenient and clean. The room does need some updating and the pet fee was excessive.

Great location convenient for Phillies Spring Training. Nice people, clean facility, convenient location, nicely appointed. Free breakfast and friendly staff. We found this facility to be clean, comfortable, safe and conveniently located to the ball parks, the beach and to other points of interest.
Clean room/ bad TV.
The TV was old, the remote was near unreadable and there was no channel guide. I called the desk and they sent a dude with poor English and he couldn't fix it..

I booked this through a third party close to the airport I was told it was a nice hotel… Never rely on these companies to tell the truth :(.

Got there to check in at 4:00pm was told we couldn’t check in until 5:00 pm because they were behind in cleaning the rooms. The lady at the front desk asked me about five times if I wanted to cancel the reservation. Finally she told us we could use the pool while we waited. The was very nice and roomy and clean. The next morning for the breakfast they ran out of eggs and waffle mix had to wait a long time and this was at 8:00am it didn’t close until 9:30am. So the hotel was very nice but need some improvement on the staff.
