This was the second time the room was not clean. The bathroom still had hair in the tub from previous. This will be the last time ever.

Check in was at 3, we got there at 3:12. Was given a room that had not been cleaned. Went back to the front desk and was given another room that was in the process of being cleaned. We had an event to be at at 4:15 and was still waiting at 4pm. The room was not cleaned still and we just had to settle for it as not to miss our event. The ceiling was peeling and the countertop was dirty. Good thing they left Clorox in the room.

Rude front desk personnel, no telephone in room, no rod to hang up clothing, next to pool very loud, very loud music more than two hours after 9pm by car just sitting. No way to call font desk.
