Staff was rude and got my reservation wrong . The property was gross and smelled like weed. I did not feel safe at all. There were people sitting out in the parking lot late at night .

It’s a good night sleep for the price. You can tell they’re working to make the place nicer. The blue lights in the room were a bit weird but we just turned them back off. I’d stay there again if we’re in the area.

Dirty, chair in room had cuts in the upholstery. They wouldn't give us two extra pillows. The wifi was very poor, and wouldn't work inside our room, despite only being a few doors down from the lobby. There was no toilet paper, or even a toilet roll holder, in the bathroom. Bad smells, rude staff.

The greeter at the desk was not helpful at all. I had specifically requested and paid for an accessible room and explained my knees were bad. He out me in a room that was no where near the parking area and I explained I couldn’t carry all my stuff that far and asked for a closer room. He simply said “that’s the room you get” and it obviously wasn’t handicap accessible. I begged him to get me a closer room and he wouldn’t. When I told him I wouldn’t be able to stay there and I’d have to find another hotel, he simply said “ok”
