The tower of the were dirty and washed clothes not clean.

Stayed as it was the only place available at last minutes. It is in kind of a weird area and the directions took us to the wrong place. Once there it was an okay place kind of old but adequate. Wasn’t much in terms of restaurants around but there is a macdonalds not too far.

Booked a two night stay at this hotel, and it was not how it was represented in the pictures. From dirty stained pillows/sheets/lamp shades, to bug/ spider web infestations. Me and my group had to buy blankets and pillows to sleep with,because we could lay our heads on anything they had.
Dirty linen and busted towel racks hanging on by a single screw!
Cigarette burns everywhere and a dirty toilet seat.
I will never stay here or trust anything that has americas best in its name.

This property is listed as breakfast included. Last visit we thought that maybe we woke up late and therefore there was no breakfast. So this time we asked and they told as it was from 7 to 9 am, so we came down at 8 am to grab our breakfast and there was none. I saw that my payment amount was higher because we were 3 and I thought it was because of the breakfast, but I feel I should be reimbursed for this.
