Understaffed and it was apparent that it stressed those that were there out. This understaffing led us to have limited towels in the room and the pool was closed. The room had missing appliances and the mirror was broken.

the tv and the hot tub in the room didn't work. they only gave is 2 pillows for a king bed and a pull out, along with one towel. when we called to ask for more pillows and towels and to ask for the tv to be fixed we were told only one person was working and nobody showed up. the pool was filthy, there was actual debris floating in it. the hot tub in the pool area was taped off. when we went to ask for more towels we were told they were out.

The hot tub was not available for use. The staff looks overworked. Breakfast was minimal. It appears like the owners cut several corners to turn a profit and they really need to invest more in their employees and hotel.
