Worst continental breakfast ever. Poor service. Unclean room.

Super clean, loved the pool, good breakfast and will be coming back as needed.

This hotel was disgusting. Before we even went to the room, we had to sign a waiver saying we had 15 minutes to review the condition of the room- red flag. The man at the front desk was nice but immediately told us to tell him if the room was dirty- warning #2. Upon entering the room, it smelled and huge visible stains were everywhere on the carpet. There were numerous hairs on the pillows and sheets and the trim was peeling off of the wall. The yellow stained curtains with more dark stains were stuck to the broken window. Long story short, we immediately left.

They have a great pool and that’s about it and I’m about to stop using hotels and Every time I have a complain hotels will never take care of it because I’ve ordered I’ve booked through a third-party. This was a family trip. I’ve had a lot of death this week in my family and it’s just a bad week for me. I’m standing at the front desk in tears and the gentleman who barely spoke. Englis! The people above me were so loud they were keeping my six-year-old up that he couldn’t sleep. It’s like their kid just kept running through the room like he was practicing sprints!! The worker went up and sat outside the room to listen, but he couldn’t hear anything so he didn’t do anything well you couldn’t hear the child running with bricks on his feet and it went on till late into the night and started first thing this morning!!! Never asked me last night if he could move the rooms absolutely did nothing to help me. I was standing at the front desk in tears this morning. Told him I wanted to make a complaint.. his exact words, Word for Word, who you gonna make a complaint to you book through a third-! I said I don’t care choice hotels anybody!! I want my money refunded absolutely ruined my family little getaway to mourn my grandfather‘s death my mother‘s death, and two dogs all in one week!

Breakfast was very good & had lots of options. Rooms were very clean and spacious.

Breakfast was truly nothing to write about. Main thing I did not like was the smell in the room really didn't know if it was dampness related or a very strong almost industrial spray deodorant they used!!!! Almost left but tooo busy. Sign in was almost friendly, but upon leaving not friendly at all like I was bothering him!!! And honestly not being ignorant but most of the foreigners I deal with in the hotel industry are not friendly!!!!

I was staying due to a family emergency. I was accommodated with an extra night stay with no issues whatsoever. They even said they would keep my sister in their prayers! The pool looked very inviting, but was unable to enjoy it this time. Thank you for a great stay.

The staff here was so helpful - I will definitely book here again. Perfect location, too, for a halfway point between the east coast and Chicago (on the toll free route).

Overall the facility was run down. There was trash behind the night stand. Poor reception on the TV. Old, partially used bar of soap between the towels. Poor selection for breakfast. Eggs were cold. Bagels tasted day-old. Bed was uncomfortable (work up with a sore back).
