Other guest let their kids run around and yell most of the night. Guy on duty didn't care. Wish floor was mopped cause it had a lot of dry dirt spots. Checking was quick. And shuttle get me to gate on time. So good for early flights.

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The moment you walk in, there is a strong unpleasant odor. The elevator was out of service because the door track was dirty, so we had to take the stairs. The stairwell smelled like urine, was humid, and had trash, food bags, and what appeared to be drug paraphernalia. It only got worse from there. The floor we were assigned to smelled bad, the carpets were dirty, and the trash cans were overflowing. We even saw a large roach crawling in the hallway. When we got to our room, the bed sheets were dirty and the bed skirt looked like it had vomit stains on it. Then we spotted a bed bug crawling on the bed. The bathroom was not clean, and the air conditioner was not working properly. The front desk offered us another room, but that room also smelled bad and the lights were not working. At that point, we canceled our reservation and booked a room at another hotel. If cleanliness is important to you, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere. My experience was unacceptable, and I would not stay here again. ⭐ 1/5

From the moment we walked into the lobby, it was clear that this property was not being properly maintained. There was no air conditioning in the lobby, making it extremely uncomfortable, and the area was crowded with individuals who appeared to be homeless. The entire building smelled strongly of marijuana, including the elevators and hallways. The elevators themselves were disgustingly dirty, and unfortunately things only got worse when we reached our room. The room was filthy. The walls were stained with multiple unknown substances, the sheets were visibly stained, and the overall condition of the room was completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the door did not lock properly, creating a serious safety concern—especially since we were traveling with children. We immediately realized that this was not a safe or sanitary environment for our family. The condition of the property was shocking and far below even the most basic expectations for a hotel. The only positive aspect of our stay was the front desk staff. They were professional, understanding, and very helpful. Once they saw they heard our concerns, they promptly assisted us with a refund and understood why we could not stay there with our children. I would strongly advise families to stay away from this place.

Horrible dirty

Price was good. But hotel was not very clean and ammenties needed to be replaced. Also don’t stay here if you have young children. I traveled with mine and we got little to no sleep due to everyone screaming all night. Hotel also smelled of marijuana.

Checked out in 30 min. Place is terrible, toilet won't flush, sink didn't drain, room smelled and AC didn't work.

This hotel is atrocious!

Smelled like pot, very regretful booking last minute. Lights out in the parking lot making it feel very unsafe. Only one elevator worked very slowly,

Breakfast was amazing. The staff was like family. I really enjoyed my stay. The room was beautiful as well.

The whole place is a dump, needs to be blown up and renovated. Lobby smelled like cat urine, disgusting, From the doors to the rooms look like they were all broken into, not secure, either staff or guests smoking, torn carpet, emergency window exits secured shut- serious code violation, mattresses horrible, horrible coffee station, chipping bathtub, glue all over tiles, toilet falling apart, no full length mirror, lock not secure on door between rooms, desk chair damaged….
