The front desk supervisor is the best! I forgot his name (young black man), he provided great customer service.

There is a $100 security deposit that was not disclosed, and the airport shuttle has limited hours. I stayed overnight on park and fly, he hotel is dated, but they are making an effort. I was unaware of the security deposit until check in, the staff was very dismissive about my concerns. The airport shuttle has very limited hours, so anything between 10am and 5pm is not accommodated. An insect did scurry across the desk when I turned on the light, so I opted to put my backpack on the closet shelf which collapsed a short time later while I was brushing my teeth. Also, the coffee station has very limited hours, it is a fully automatic station, so that makes very little sense. The attached restaurant is very good. If you can sleep with the lights on you will survive.

Place was affordable and convenient to one night stay. We wanted to explore the city . To our surprise the train to downtown was 2 minutes walk.The hotel needs some improvements, but it was ok for one night.

Its was okay for just me, a getaway fast.. the bathroom toilet had something yellow on a few spot. I had something to clean it. It had a little smell however i had spray.. Its good for a quick getaway for yourself.. not for couples. Very reasonable though

Roaches was everywhere tub in the bed .Need extermination ASAP

The hotel room, #303 had roaches everywhere. I reported it to the front desk associate and would like to receive a free night. I stayed there for 1.5 months and the room and property were great!

Wow where do I start? I walked in to the lobby to find two men in trucking company uniforms asking for a refund for how bad their rooms were. The clerk kept on telling them that he could not give them a refund, and that they would need to request it from corporate. Basically telling them no. I checked in and got into my room and the first thing that I notice was that the lights did not turn on when I hit the switch. I had to turn on the lamps at least the ones that worked. The shower was disgusting, there were stains on the wall That looked like splattered bugs. Then I saw a small roach, and another. I alerted the housekeeping person outside and they came and sprayed. I knew I was getting an economic friendly hotel but I did not expect this. The breakfast was horrible. You can tell that They use an egg mix to make the eggs and we’re too lazy to break them up so they were just serve them and cubes. The sausages were cold, although sautéed on the outside. And the orange and apple juice dispensers tasted like mop water. it was too late for me to get another hotel room and I had business to take care of, but on the last night of my stay, I could not sleep another night. End up sleeping the final night at a friends house. That’s how many little roaches were in that room. Never staying here again. Want my refund. Stay away.
