Very good, clean, good nights sleep. Friendly and helpful staff.
Broken exit door a safety hazard.
room clean most important. the tissue and TP holders all rusted and falling out of the wall. Carpeting way past useful life. Exit door at bottom of the stairs must be fixed. Can not be used without breaking through it in an emergency.

The hotel was clean and orderly, the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was hot and tasty, location was perfect for our stay in the Green Bay area.

Doors did not have a do not disturb sign or a security bar to add protection from someone walking in. While we were out, cleaning person came in to change towels and nothing else.. bed unmade, garbage still there... i didn't want anyone in my room.
We were only there for 2 nights. If i needed different towels i would've called.

I like that its pet friendly. Didnt like that the use of pool was cold and air in pool area was cold. Morning breakfast food was cold, not heated correctly.

The next room was listening to something that sounded like a terrorist yelling instructions. In the morning we got to hear loud sex from a very young sounding girl.
