The bathtub faucet was coming off the wall and mildew was visible around the inside of the faucet.

The staff was amazing! Very professional, incredibly helpful and considerate. My room was just okay. There was a slight odor from the fridge, the fridge was also running loudly all night long and the floor hadn’t been vacuumed (I saw multiple hair pins on the floor but I just picked them up so it was fine). I was only there for one night so it was what it was. Every other aspect was a 9/10, the room itself was a 7/10
