Loved the room but shower water needs to be hotter. But I honestly think it’s because it was cold asf the nights we stayed and the hot water heater must’ve been struggling

The customer service was great and they were attentive and very well mannered staff. Check in very easy although we got there very late . Breakfast options were good. And they are dog friendly which i didnt know and the lady said bring them next time

This hotel cannot deliver the expectations of a Hyatt product and should wear a different flag - especially when charging a Hyatt rate. The "motion detector light in the bathroom is ridiculous and untenable. The light turns on randomly and is crazy bright. The staff are not Hyatt quality - no greeting guests, no knowledge about the property. I went down for breakfast at 6:05am and an airline crew was waiting outside the closed door. i asked about breakfast the the front desk person said, "yeah they didn't show up today"..and went on to say, "you're lucky they came in at all". Having spent 7 years working for Hyatt, I can assure you this is not the product. Don't pay the Hyatt rate for this imitation.
