second night of 4 day trip, room was not cleaned after i came back 10 hours later. had to call front desk 3 times to get towels, coffee, dump garbage cans.

The staff wasn't able to properly check me in. Random people were just loitering in the lobby. Hotel didn't smell or look clean. It looks closed from the outside. I chose to not stay and lost money because I couldn't get a refund.
