We enjoyed our stay in the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom. Comfortable accommodations for a family of 4. That being said, there were a few things that kept it from being fantastic. One of the tub/showers didn't drain so we stood in water whils showering. The floors in the kitchen had water damage from what looked like the refrigerator. The light bulbs were out in some of the lights. Nothing crazy, just enough small things to start to notice. Mentioned the tub not draining at checkout and they gave us points for the inconvenience and were very apologetic so I appreciated how the staff handled the complaint. Breakfast was pretty good too! We would definitely stay here again as the floor plan was perfect for our family.

Good location, but sketchy and possibly homeless people living behind property. Also, the HVAC system did not work in my room. When mentioned upon departure, no concessions were offered.

This is our second time here and will probably be our go to hotel now whenever we go drive to Napa Valley. Hotel is very pleasant, clean and organize. They offer good variety options for breakfast. They also offer coffee, hot chocolate and warm chocolate chip cookies by the entrance. Will recommend!

Decent price and spacious room, but hotel seemed very understaffed. We asked for a crib but the employee couldn’t find one of reach her manager so we went without for the first night. Then the pool was out of service, which was the main reason we booked this one. Breakfast was terrible—“sausage” and eggs seemed freeze dried and other options were minimal. Overall, property feels outdated and lacking for the Hilton brand.

Dirty disposable coffee cups left in room, no shampoo in bathroom, bathtub drain was clogged with no available maintenance staff to help.

The hotel check in was easy and the front desk Lennie-Jane was very helpful. The room was everything I needed. Two separate rooms both with their own bathrooms,tvs and a living room and kitchen. This suite accommodated me and my family very well. Would stay again

Excellent stay and everyone was polite and friendly. The room was like a small apartment. Definitely would stay at it again and have already recommended it to friends

The staff especially Kristine and Lynne were Excellent and friendly. They displayed what customer service and care should be about. They went the extra mile to make our visit fun. This is an amazing location if you’re visiting Napa and Sacramento. I will definitely stay at this location again.

Hotel is in a nice location very accessible. Hotel is quiet and rooms are clean. Beds/pillows are comfortable. They serve continental breakfast as well. Staffs are very nice and accommodating. Will come back here next month! Will recommend!

I reserved my room through Expedia and it was my first and LAST time ever wanting to reserve with this company again. I had paid for a suite with two bedrooms with 1 king and 2 queen beds and kitchen (2 separate rooms). That is not what I got. I unfortunately got a suite with one bedroom with 2 only queens. I have 3 children and my boyfriend. Right after I made that reservation I had even called this properly to clarify what I paid for and that is exactly what I was supposed to get but didn’t. Come to find out, someone supposedly a manager had messed up and gave someone else my room. It also happened to another family that just arrived after us. It’s Thanksgiving and everywhere else is booked so now I am forced to stay in an overpriced room that I wish I never came across this property. I tried looking up other places and there is nothing because it is a holiday. A holiday you and your team ruined for me and my family. I would hope to receive a full refund for this huge inconvenience. I am so unhappy with this property. I will never come back.
