Room had not been cleaned…. I had to clean it myself. Left dirty towels and soap from last guest. No clean towels/. Requested housekeeping but they never showed.
Property says they offer breakfast and an indoor pool but neither were available…
No coffee in the mornings either.

Room wasn’t up to standards, bed cover had hand stains of grease or something black, most electrical outlets were worn out and won’t work, room smelled musty and old smoke, light covers were smashed, refrigerator was dirty.

The description of the property specifically references a pool and a lounge/ bar, which the hotel does not have. The check in staff was not friendly at all, the room had a stale odor, the Wi-Fi was unusable and there was no cable tv. We had a 3 night stay and left our last night to stay in a different hotel. We did ask for a refund for our last night due to all the issues outlined above and was told no. I would not stay at this property ever again and would recommend you steer clear of this property.

There was no housekeeping, no coffee maker in the room, no breakfast and no directions on how to use the TV. It is a good that the only thing I needed the room for was to sleep at night.
It was not worth what I paid.
