2nd time we have stayed here when visiting our daughter at the local college. We would recommend to others. Nice place for the price.

Clean room, comfortable bed, good price. Ice maker but no vending. Close to dining. Breakfast was okay. I’d stay there again.

I was surprised to learn when checking that the price booked through my app was only for the first night. I was charged $20+ more for the second night. Nothing indicated that difference when booking.

Checked in with so much ease. However, I asked to be on the top floor away from the elevator. We were on the top floor directly across from the elevator. Maybe just miss communication. Room was nice until we opened the fridge and it had leftover food from prior guests. The hasp on the door was split so had to make sure deadbolt was working correctly. Went to take showers and had shampoo and conditioner in the shower no soap. Had to use shampoo as our soap. After showering realized there was a very small size bar soap next to the sink. Wish they had a bottle of soap in shower instead. Was told that breakfast was at 6 am. Went to breakfast at 6:05 to have all the lights off and chairs on the tables. I had asked the gentleman when breakfast was he told me on Saturday and Sundays its starts at 7 but he could try and get everything out by 6:30. I then had to remind him that it was Friday not Saturday. So by the time he got everything out there was a line of people waiting. Not sure what happened with this hotel on this visit...we usually stay here several times a year while we are passing through. Maybe just a hiccup this time.

Staff was nice. Good choice of food for breakfast. Pool was very cold.

I think her name was Alisha and Kyler were fantastic! Made us feel safe and at home when I cut my knee, Alicia even grabbed me a Band-Aid from her personal stash to help however, the two gentlemen that were running the front desk this morning Sunday September 22, 2024. We’re rather rude and cold did not really care for them. Otherwise I recommend the hotel and would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. But your site did not inform us of pet charge. Not until I called to let you know I was bringing a dog. I only new to inform you because clerk at desk informed me on my first vist. What I payed to stay will put gas in my car for over a 1700 mile trip.
