Poor service and value for cost.
I reserved a mobility accessable room and was given a regular room on the second floor. The room had no towels, no batteries in the remote and the smoke detector was chirping because of a low battery. I went back to the lobby and asked to get the type of room I reserved and had to wait. They gave me an accessable room that had no phone, two full size beds not the queen size that were.
Run down, bad service.
This place is adequate for a night stay but not for a get away. We ran out of towels and was told we couldn’t have anymore until the room was cleaned every three days. Just poor service snd adequate accommodations. Would not recommend. Not what I was expecting.
Clean place, crazy amount extra tiny guestd.
Woke up yo the floor moving in the bed area and bathroom. They gave my room to two different guest, me and my girl. If was not locked, could have been a a lot different outcome. Staff great, guests quiet.

The cockroaches were very friend the neighbors one was a drug dealer had the best crack. While the neighbors on the other side was a pair of prostitutes very nice and affordable. Overall it was an awesome trip I’d do it again.

The staff was wonderful about getting me a refund for the night I didn’t use. The bed was horrible and we could not sleep. The room was falling apart. It looked like the bathroom door had been kicked in half, and the floor boards were coming up. Definitely not a place to stay to enjoy a vacation, but maybe for like work trips? Regardless, the staff was very kind and sympathetic of the situation and issued a refund with no issue.

The boards under the tiling in the bathroom need to be replaced as they significantly compressed when walked upon. Otherwise, the room was clean, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Lot of nearby/walkable dining, if it's not too cold... This November, it wasn't.
Only irritating this is that the cardkey door locks do not work very well at all... A pain to climb the stairs with cameras, laptop and violin to find the door won't open... Then you have to go back to the lobby carrying all your stuff, and do it all over again. This seems to work fine at ever other M6. Just fix the damned things. :(
