Cleanliness not clean on exterior walks or stairs nor the room.
Bed was shot like sleeping on a W the edges solid and the middle the rest of the bed was worn out.
Best Hotel Ever!
The workers there are excellent. They are kind and understanding and very helpful. The hotel was very clean and NO bugs at all.

First time I was checking to an occupied room and second room was dirty, ready bad cigarette smell, and didn’t have any air fresheners to help . I went for a run and my keys was not working I went to the desk and they were not able to find me I wait for 30 minutes while they find and fix the mistake. I was not able to sleep people were making noise all night long there was a fight between a couple and they were slamming the door all night

Again, I had to set up a reservation and it took several hours for it to approve the young lady by the name of Kelley was a very very accommodating worked with me dealt with the issues accordingly that was coming from Expedia and made it happen. I had to make a double payment and was not reimbursed on the first payment that I had made, the reservation it was a little after 12 and Manager had asked me because he didn’t believe that I was working through Expedia however though it was a system issue and I had had to leave the property due to it despite that I had already paid for

There was a serious issue with my reservation and it took five hours for me to check into the room despite that I had bought it online and they had a loud early check-in. Also will the next day when I want to go book my room the manager was very rude and threatened to call the police on me just because, I was paying online through Expedia is very uncomfortable experience and it was not worth the money you spent at all

This place is a dump and my key card would not work 99.9% of the time
I was clear across the parking lot from the lobby, so it was very inconvenient for me to keep going up and down the stairs as I was on the third floor to get a new key card
Every time I left the building, I had to get a new key card and sometimes it would work sometimes it wouldn’t
The front desk team was pretty rude and did not believe me that I was having issues with my key card
The bed was very springy and the room stunk
Won’t be staying here again
