They got my room cleaned early for me so I could do an early check in. Staying a couple hours longer was not an issue on check out day. They watched my luggage for me. Terrific staff!

This stay had to be the most unprofessional stay I’ve ever experienced in my life. My family and I were stuck in town as we waited our newborn to be released from the hospital. The website itself and Hotels.com says check-in time is at 3:00 PM my family and I arrived at 3:30 and we ended up not getting a room until 5 o’clock in the afternoon. They kept telling us over and over they were getting our room ready cleaning our room and they actually ended up Scamming us into paying more after we were told the bigger room was going to be available faster than the room that we have already been booked. Once we try to address this matter with the manager and the front desk there was nothing they could do. They kept our money and decided to just Let that be normal that it took over two hours for our family to get into a room we had to wait in a very small lobby space with all of our belongings and our four-year-old I would not stay here you will be robbed in somewhere form and no one here is professional Makes me never wanna come back to California again, Jimmy the manager and Naomi are crooks

Upon arrival of entering the requested non smoking room we were greeted with a room reeking with cigarette smoke. Realizing the previous renters had smoked in here we brought it to the attention of the front desk Cynthia her solution was to deortirize the room and while my children were still in the room which I had to decline since the spray would affect my children. She then became aggressive and rude claiming it's coming from room next door which also is smoke free room. When asking if another room is available she claimed all rooms are taken. That all she can recommend is to spray it and leave window open during the cold of night. We did have to leave it open because the smell was so bad to not cause us nausea and headache from the smell.

Hotel was booked for 2 nights. The heater situation was bad, which was made even worse since it's the middle of winter and it was freezing. I also saw several roaches , and there where issues with the shower head. Very loud and sprayed water over your head. When I brought these things up to the General Manager, Lizzy, and asked her for just proof that I had made the complaints so I could call Motel 6 customer service, she then told me they don't do that. And made excuses for any issue I brought up, saying that everyone is different and can take different room temperatures, as some kinda excuse for the crappy heater. Despite the fact I told her that everyone was freezing. She then said we should have been offered extra blankets.... And as for as the shower head it's only temporary accommodation so I should understand things not working that well. Horrible experience. I've had a better past experience there, don't know what happened this time. New management maybe? Would definitely not recommend.
