Room was clean. The king size bed mattress was horrible.The mattress was lumpy and very uncomfortable. You could feel the springs in the mattress when you laid down.

Customer service is 10/10. The lobby smelled SO GOOD, and the gentleman who checked me in was very polite. The room smelled not so great but it wasn’t unbearable. The room was cleaned well despite the smell and the bed was surprisingly very comfortable. I love the layout.
The only issue is we saw one adult roach and one baby roach. That was very VERY disappointing, but I didn’t make a big deal because service was great and the room was so nicely and comfortable.
A couple times there was ghetto guests talking loud and cussing, but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Overall I’d give it an 8/10. ***Starbucks next door, adjacent to freeway but not noisy at all.
