I wish the website stated they only had a Tesla EV charger. We only booked here because it had EV. Had to go sit in a charging lot because my Mach-E plus adapter didn’t work at hotel. Room was fantastic. $150 for pet was a bit much and not stated on site.

Everything about my stay was fantastic from the moment I checked in! Everyone on staff was welcoming and friendly, my room was spotlessly clean as were the entire premises, and the morning breakfast was always great. I was traveling with my dog, and the staff were so helpful and accommodating. Kudos to all! This was a great experience.

This stay was one of the worst experiences I have had while away. The hotel put me in a blocked room. Tried to force me to leave midstay and then double charged me. When I called the hotel about the two charges, they left me waiting for a week. After the week they told me that I had two reservations when I only had one on Expedia. They told me that they couldn’t help me with the charges. Forced me to call corporate services for Marriott when they pretty clearly messed up by charging me double. One charge being something completely different from my receipt and most likely the charge for the customers whose room I was placed in by mistake. The manager was rude during my phone call and as a Marriott member or customer in general unreasonable in the efforts to rectify the situation.
