The heating and air conditioning of the room needs serious repair. I felt suffocated in the room. The fan does not stay on all the time no matter what setting you choose. It was hard to stay alive.

We love the location and come here every Christmas.
Only issue is that they charged us for food they said we could use a voucher for. Annoying.

Hotel is located in the heart of Union Square. Lots of shopping and dining options within a 1-2 block area. Hotel is well maintained and staff are attentive. Will stay there again.

It is San Francisco! I recognize that many of the issues are related to the city's management. Crazy bums hanging out on the streets. The location was convenient for me.
