I was there for only night. The check in clerk was nice helpful n friendly. My room was on the 2nd floor n the hotel didnt have an elevator. I was nit able to use the stairs so she put me in her handicap room on the first floor. Thank you for doing that

I am disabled. The staff was rude. They wouldn’t help me even when the luggage cart fell on to of me in the parking lot. They rushed me to get out and then charged me $250 after I left because I had to slide the mattress off the frame to get something and couldn’t push it back!

I found an kiiled 2 roaches-The bathroom around the toilet smell like URINE. The linen was nasty and TV did not work-Just was a horrible stay

The view could have been described as a garden view on your website but it was really a wall with vines and some kind of access to a sidewalk or alley- I didn’t care at all- I was t there for the view! Employees were friendly, helpful, polite and the room was nice and comfy! Breakfast was simple but good- that pancake machine is the bomb!!
Thank you for a great stay- I was worried at first with some of the other hotel reviews but yours got the best and I will definitely stay in future visits!!

We stayed for four nights, hotel was clean, quiet & what we needed for a temporary situation. I would recommend staying here if for whatever reason you’re in Phenix city Alabama. lol.
