The room rugs was dirty. The tv remote didn’t work, I asked for a new remote and the one that was given to me it didn’t work. The guy at the front desk came to the room and some how got the tv to cut on. The morning of check out I couldn’t get the tv to cut on . The phone in the room wasn’t room it wasn’t working.

Probaby one of the better stays at a Red Roof Inn ive had.....and ive stayed in a lot and the experience can vary drastically depending on the location

It’s convenient if you want to rest your head. But the quality was poor and the room smells like cigarettes. I was on the first floor level and I couldn’t sleep comfortably. There was also a bug in the room. The front desk was very polite and understanding though.

Tv doesnt work rm 145. I dont think the cleaners know how to clean.

Convenient spot to stay between Great Lakes and Chicago. Easy in between without travelling too far back and forth. Average rooms, minor issues but nothing major to make a big deal about.

First of all the toliet is broke. The light above sink does not work. I had no remote for the tv. I had no fridge or microwave like i was told when booked. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!
