After paying in advance for my room, they could not find a room without pet urine stains and she'll, or a strong cigarette odor. I never got the room I paid for and they refused to give me a refund!

Uncomfortable beds, ants in the first room kitchen before being moved. Used to recommend this place. Not anymore.

A little dirty bathmat in bathroom had stains on it and there was a bandaid in the toilet paper holder. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Only $15 for our two dogs. Much better than some places we have stayed at this price point.

Rooms wasn't cleaned to proper standards you pay money to rent rooms they should be cleaned I was also bit up but something don't know what when I informed employee I would like a different room for the night or a complete refund for my entire time I was at red roof for the better part of a week would have stayed longer employee told me no and said I'd have to talk to manager I asked for her to get the manager she then informed me they weren't there and that they have absolutely no way of contacting them then when I finally did talk to the manager she was rude treated me very poorly refused to make the situation right and pretty much shrugged me off like I didn't even matter and acted as if I didn't even exist and at this rate the only way that this can be made right is either a complete refund for every night I was there or a week completely free in a jacuzzi room or I will get my attorney involved!

DO NOT STAY HERE. My friend and I found and photographed bedbugs at this hotel. They did give me an immediate refund which was appreciated. That being said, the bedding looked dirty so we started inspecting and we found 1 live bedbug and evidence of more. We were traveling and needed a place to take a nap and a shower. Instantly regretted making the reservation here.
